What is supported living?

Supported Living is a service that enables people to live in their own home instead of in residential care or with their family. We support individuals to have their own place or to share with others.

Who is supported living for?

Supported living is for adults with a learning disability or a mental health diagnosis who would like to live independently in their own home.

How can we support you?

We offer support based on people’s needs and aspirations. This can include support with:

  • household tasks
  • personal care
  • maintaining a tenancy
  • taking medication
  • money management
  • building links with friends, family and the community
  • social and leisure activities
  • making healthy lifestyle choices.

When is supported living available?

Support is tailored to the individual need and can be during the day, evening and night.

Why does supported living work?

Supported living enables an individual to live independently while ensuring they are safe and supported according to their specific needs.

Where is it offered?

We offer supported living in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council throughout Pembrokeshire.
