Our residential care service supports people in a shared environment and is intended to be a stepping stone to a more independent setting such as supported living or community outreach.

Who is residential living for?

Residential support is for adults with a learning disability, mental health issue or an acquired brain injury. Individuals who use this service usually have higher support needs.

How can we support you?

We offer support based on people’s needs and aspirations. This can include support with:

  • household tasks
  • personal care
  • taking medication
  • money management
  • building links with friends, family and the community
  • social and leisure activities
  • making healthy lifestyle choices.

When is residential care available?

Support is tailored to the individual need however it is generally 24 hours a day..

Why does residential care work?

Residential care works well for individuals who have high support needs. The service allows for accurate support and assessment and in preparation for more independent living such as a supported living environment.

We offer residential care in Pembrokeshire.

How can you access residential care?

You can access residential care with funding directly from your local authority or by paying with private funds.
